By purchasing my product you agree to my terms of service.
I reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason.
NO COMMERCIAL USE. The finished piece is for PERSONAL USE only. Let me know in advance if you would like to use it for commercial use, additional fees will apply to the order.
NO REFUND after progress has been made.
Provide characters with visual reference ONLY! and if possible, a quick summary of their personality to avoid any misinterpretation in the drawing.
Colors, proportions and details I use in my drawings are part of my art style, if you want to commission me you can't change my art style.

Only payments in advance will be accepted. Sketches will only be worked on once FULL payment is received.
✦ Revisions ✦
I will provide a revision for each step of the commission: concept idea/sketch, lineart, base color, final color. If the client wants more revisions, I will be happy to show them to him/her. Minor changes can be accepted and are free of charge, these are admitted until the base color process (for example if I'm in the final color and the client asks to change the pose it can't be done) so please, if something is not to your liking tell me as soon as you see it.
✦ Deadlines and delivery ✦
There are no specific deadlines, it can take up to 1-3 months to finish a piece, it also depends on the queue and my schedule.

The finished piece is for PERSONAL USE only. Let me know in advance if you would like to use it for commercial use, additional fees will apply to the order.
If you would like to use my drawings for social media, you may do so as long as I (the artist) am tagged in these posts.
For streaming, all corresponding credits to me.
✦ Intellectual property rights ✦
DO NOT use my artwork as AI training material, modified/resold in nft and cryptocurrencies.
You can use the artwork for personal use such as: cover illustrations, social media banners/profile pictures.
The drawings I do for you still belong to me. I'm selling you a drawing, I'm not selling you the copyright of the image.

I reserve the copyright of the artwork. I myself may offer a full/partial refund if I am unable to work or finish your commission.

Please note that English is not my native language, so please be clear with your request and avoid acronyms for better communication! Please contact me via the vgen chat.
